 Cancellation Policy


Your appointments are very important to us at Studio 66. They are reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes life gets in the way and schedule adjustments are necessary. Your appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a courtesy because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago. Therefore, we respectfully request that you give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

As of January 2021 our policy is as follows:

  1. Your first missed appointment will not have any consequences, we understand that life can sometimes throw us curve balls.

  2. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may request your credit card information before booking your next appointment.

  3. Appointments made within the 24 hour period must cancel within 4 hours prior or we will request your credit card information before booking your next appointment.

  4. “No shows” after your first will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

  5. Any multiple services booked that are not cancelled according to the time restraints above will be charged 50% of the reserved services amount.

  6. As a courtesy, we will call or text  to confirm your service 2 business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.


This cancellation policy allows us to inform standby guests of availability, avoid staff having to inconvenience clients due to late arrivals and better serve all our current and future clientele.

Refund Policy


At  Studio 66 , we stand by our work.  If, for whatever reason,   you are dissatisfied we enthusiastically offer an opportunity to return to salon to have professional adjustment.

* We Do Not offer Refunds on services.

** Retail and electrical appliances are exchange only.
